DJ is the consummate professional - courteous, highly organized, extremely energetic, and meticulous. He and Matt are the perfect team! When they arrived at our home to install the ductless heating/ac unit, they immediately covered all walking surfaces with drop cloths, donned shoe cover, brought in a vacuum cleaner, and, throughout the job, ensured that no debris was tracked in and that the house was left as clean as they found it. DJ consulted with us every step of the way, to make sure we had input and were happy and informed on all aspects of the project. DJ's and Matt's energy and cheerfulness was amazing! They worked non-stop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to complete the job, which turned out beautifully. The completed system looks terrific inside and outside our home. We had a issue with our boiler and contacted Folkes. From initiation of call to the very end, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wanda was super nice. Our tech that came out was Danny B. Danny was very knowledgeable and tried to very much remedy the situation but unfortunately our boiler had come to end. We then had Eric S. come out immediately after Danny to help us decide on a new boiler. Eric was great and knew very much what we needed and answered every question or concern we had.
